Seth P. Chazin - has represented clients in more than 1,000 felony cases. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Chazin has litigated numerous state and federal appeals. He successfully investigated and prepared the "actual innocence" claim for a habeas corpus petition in a death penalty case pending before the California Supreme Court. Mr. Chazin received his B.S. in Broadcasting from the University of Florida in Gainesville and his J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. In 1993, Mr. Chazin was nominated to receive the State Bar of California's Public Lawyer of the Year Award. He is a member of the San Francisco County, Alameda County, Solano County and Contra Costa County Bar Associations. Mr. Chazin is the author of several articles including "Castle Under Siege." He is admitted to practice law in California and Massachusetts, and was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee for 2002.
