Alameda County Client Arrested on Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance--All Charges Dismissed

Alameda County client was arrested in Albany and charged with a violation of Health & Safety Code Section 11350(a) – possession of a controlled substance.  After an extensive investigation, gathering of mitigation evidence and negotiations with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office in Oakland, we were able to get all charges dismissed.
