I highly recommend the Law Office of Seth P. Chazin because after finding out the charges from my childhood had followed me some 40 odd years later were never cleared in the court system, he solved my legal problem. I had served my time and completed my probation and moved to Florida. Some 40 odd years later, I was tying to get a gun for hunting and found I had a felony on my record and other charges that were not me but in fact someone else with the same name. I did everything I could on my own to try and clear these charges but since records from that time were no longer in existence I came up empty handed in every way I turned. After finally realizing that I was getting no where in the court system, I decided to contact several attorneys to see what my rights were. I started calling attorneys on a Sunday and out of all the attorneys I contacted, Seth P. Chazin, was the only one who called me back on a Sunday which I never expected and he gave me sound advise and told me he could assist me in getting my problems solved. Mr. Chazin was not only able to get a felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor, he was also able to get the misdemeanor completely thrown out and my record was completely expunged as it was supposed to be over 40 years ago. Mr. Chazin was able to do the impossible as all records from back in the 60's were hand written and could not be found and he was still able to secure a great resolution in my case. Mr. Chazin was very professional in all aspects of my case and with me being in Florida and him in California, I never found him hard to reach and in fact he kept me apprised even on the weekends. You couldn't ask for a better attorney then Mr. Chazin and I cannot say enough praise for Mr. Chazin for the wonderful outcome he was able to procure in my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Chazin to anyone who is in need of legal representation.
