1203.4(a) DISMISSAL: Client convicted of a violation of Felony Penal Code Section 288a(B)(1) – oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 - in San Francisco County. Despite the District Attorney's opposition, our motion for Early Termination of Probation as well as an expungement of the conviction pursuant to our Petition for Dismissal pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.4(a) were granted.
