Expungement and Certificate of Rehabilitation for Convicted Sex Offender

Client was convicted in Riverside County of four Counts of Soliciting or Engaging in Lewd Acts in Public (California Penal Code Section 647(a)). Client had been required to register as a sex offender pursuant to Penal Code Section 290 for more than 30 years. Client maintained a squeaky clean, stellar life since the incident.
