Alameda County client charged with a Misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 20001(a) – leaving the scene of an accident in Alameda, California. After numerous difficult negotiations with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, and after a lengthy investigation, we were able to get the charge (and the case) dismissed.
