Alameda County Client Charged Dismissed for Vehicle Code Violations
In an Oakland case in Alameda County Superior Court, our client was charged with a violation of Vehicle Code Section 2800(a) – disobeying an officer, a violation of Vehicle Code Section 12500(a) – unlicensed driver, a violation of Vehicle Code Section 23103(a) – reckless driving and a violation of Penal Code Section 148(a)(1) – resisting arrest. Aggressive negotiations with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office and a strong mitigation case led to a disposition of a deferred entry of judgment on a lesser charge of Vehicle Code Section 23103(a) – reckless driving. All other charges were dismissed and our client is eligible for a full dismissal of the entire case in one year.
