Our client in Berkeley was charged with two felony violations of Penal Code Section 243.4 – (sexual battery) and one felony violation of Penal Code Section 236 – (false imprisonment).  After conducting a thorough mitigation investigation, negotiating with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, the Court granted our client's petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation and petition to terminate Penal Code section 290 sex offender registration.
