DRUGS: Client charged with Possession of Injection/Ingestion Device, a violation of section 11364 of the Health and Safety Code in Alameda County (Fremont). Client successfully completed a program as part of Prop 36, so The Law Offices of Seth P. Chazin convinced the Court to dismiss the case.
