Contra Costa Client granted Petition for Certificate of Rehabilitation

March 2019

Client was convicted in Contra Costa County of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 288.3(b) – (Arranging to Meet with a Minor for Sexual Purposes).  After a lengthy investigation and thorough preparation of our petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation, the Oakland Superior Court in Alameda County granted client's petition - which will now also act as an automatic application for a governor's pardon.
