FRAUD: Client charged with a felony count of Welfare & Institutions Code Section 10980 – (Unlawfully Obtaining Public Aid) along with Penal Code Section 118 – (Perjury) in Marin County Superior Court. After numerous negotiations with the Marin County District Attorney's Office, the client received probation only and can get the entire case dismissed before the end of probation.

It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
