Marin County DUI Reduced to Lesser Charge

April 2022

Client arrested in Marin County for a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152(a) – (driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage) and violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152(b) – (driving with a blood alcohol of .08% or higher). Aggressive negotiations with the District Attorney's office led to lesser charges of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code Section 23103/23103.5 – (Wet Reckless).  All other charges were dismissed. No jail time, minimal fine.
