Client seen by police purchasing drugs on the street within 15 to 20 feet of the cop. Our motion to suppress evidence was granted. The case was dismissed after arguing there was no probable cause to search the client despite observing an apparent narcotics transaction.

It’s the perverse symbol elected officials use to strengthen their ‘tough on crime’ reputations and distract us from confronting the causes of violence. It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
