Richmond Client Charged With Felony Violation of Oral Copulation of Sexual Penetration with Child- Charges Reduced
Client in Richmond was charged with a felony violation of Penal Code Section 288.7(b)
– (Oral Copulation or Sexual Penetration with Child 10 Years Old or younger) which
carries a sentence of 15 – life in prison. After putting together an aggressive
