Our client in San Francisco was arrested for a felony violation of Penal Code Section 245(a)(4) –
(assault with force likely to commit great bodily injury), a felony violation of Penal Code Section
597(b) – (animal cruelty) and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 240 – (assault)
after bloodying the alleged victim. No charges were filed and client was granted petition to seal
her arrest record pursuant to Penal Code Section 851.91 in San Francisco County Superior Court.
