Client was convicted in San Francisco of a felony violation of California Vehicle Code Section
23153(b) – (DUI causing bodily injury) wherein several people were seriously injured. After
thorough preparation of our petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation, the court granted client's
petition - which will now also act as an automatic application for a governor's pardon.
