San Francisco client was facing a felony charge for forcible rape (Penal Code Section 261(2)).
After aggressive investigation and negotiations with the San Francisco Police Department, no
charges were filed.

It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
