San Leandro Client's Case Dismissed and Sealed

Our client in San Leandro was arrested for a felony violation of Penal Code Section 207(a) - (Kidnapping).  After numerous contacts, investigation and aggressive negotiations with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, our client's case was dismissed. Additionally, using further strategies aggressive negotiations, we obtained a finding of factual innocence pursuant to Penal Code 851.8 and our client's record will be entirely sealed, even to law enforcement.
