Our client in San Mateo County was previously charged with a felony violation of Penal Code section 288.2(a)(2), and was required to live separately from his wife and biological child. After presenting a strong mitigation case to the District Attorney's Office and the court, the District Attorney agreed to not oppose our motion and the court GRANTED our motion.
