Alameda County Client Charged with Felony Theft of a Vehicle

Client was originally charged with a felony violation of Vehicle Code Section 10851(a)-(theft of
a vehicle), in Alameda. After extensive negotiations with the Alameda County District
Attorney's Office in Oakland, our client was granted a Misdemeanor deferred entry of judgment.
Client successfully completed his deferred entry of judgment and all charges were dismissed.
