Contra Costa County Client Charged with Discharge of Firearm with Gross Negligence

Client was originally charged with one count of violation of Penal Code Section 246.3(a)-
(discharge of firearm with gross negligence) and one count of violation of Penal Code Section
25850(a) – (Carrying a loaded firearm on one's person) in Richmond, Contra Costa County.
After extensive negotiations with the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office, client was
able to avoid jail and the more serious charge was dismissed.
