Our Alameda County client was charged with a felony violation of Penal Code Section 273a(A) - Child Endangerment. The court granted our motion for early termination of probation, petition for a dismissal pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.4 and charges were reduced to a misdemeanor pursuant to Penal Code Section 17(b).
