Our client was arrested in Berkeley for two counts misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 594(a) – (Vandalism Over $400 Damage). No charges were filed and client was granted petition to seal his arrest record pursuant to Penal Code Section 851.91 in Alameda County Superior Court.
