Client was originally convicted in Jackson County, Oregon for Sodomy in the Third Degree and has been registering as a sex offender pursuant to California Penal Code section 290. After litigating this matter, the Alameda County Superior Court granted our client's petition to be removed from the California Sex Offender Registry.

It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
