United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, our client was charged with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B) - possession of child pornography.  Intensive investigation and negotiations with the United States Attorney's Office along with an extensive mitigation investigation and presentation including the use of a psychological evaluation by a forensic psychologist resulted in the rare result in federal court of our client being sentenced no custody time and just 5 years of supervised release.
