Client in Richmond, was convicted of a violation of Penal Code Section 273a(A) – (Child Endangerment) after inappropriately touching the genitalia of her son. The Contra Costa County Superior Court granted our petition to both reduce the felony to a misdemeanor pursuant to Penal Code section 17(b) and for a dismissal pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.4.

It’s the perverse symbol elected officials use to strengthen their ‘tough on crime’ reputations and distract us from confronting the causes of violence. It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
