CHILD MOLESTATION: Our Alameda County client was arrested on Three Counts of Penal Code Section 288(a) – (Lewd Act with a Minor under 14) against two minors and was facing life imprisonment. After aggressive negotiations with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, client plead no contest to One Count of Penal Code Section 288(a) and all other Counts were dismissed. Client was sentenced to only felony probation and county jail time.

It’s the perverse symbol elected officials use to strengthen their ‘tough on crime’ reputations and distract us from confronting the causes of violence. It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
