1203.4 DISMISSAL: Client convicted of a violation of Felony H & S Code Section 11366 – unlawfully selling, giving away, or using a controlled substance - in Mono County. Probation was transferred to Oakland in Alameda County. Motion for Early Termination of Probation, 17(b) Motion to reduce to a misdemeanor granted as well as Motion for Dismissal pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.4.

It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
