Client was convicted in Alameda County of a misdemeanor violation of California Penal Code Section 311.2(c) – (Distribution of Child Pornography). Client had been required to register as a sex offender pursuant to Penal Code Section 290. The court granted our petition and the client obtained his Certificate of Rehabilitation, relieving him of the obligation to register as a sex offender.
