SEXUAL BATTERY: San Francisco County client was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor violations of Penal Code Section 243.4 – sexual battery and was facing Penal Code 290 lifetime sex offender registration. After aggressive investigation and negotiations with the San Francisco County District Attorney's Office, client will get all charges dismissed after successfully completing a one year deferred entry of judgment.
