DUI : In San Francisco, client charged with 6th DUI, a felony. This was his third DUI within the last four years. Guiding the client into treatment early in the case, strong pre-trial investigation and gathering of mitigation evidence and careful strategic negations resulted in no jail time.

It’s the perverse symbol elected officials use to strengthen their ‘tough on crime’ reputations and distract us from confronting the causes of violence. It is finally the enemy of grace, redemption and all of us who recognize that each person is more than their worse act.”
