Our client in Hayward, California, was under investigation by the FBI for possession of child pornography (18 U.S.C. § 2251; 18 U.S.C. § 2252; 18 U.S.C. § 2252A). After an aggressive defense and numerous contacts with the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, no charges were filed.
