Our client in San Mateo, California, was under investigation in Montgomery County, Texas for possible federal charges of possession of child pornography and child exploitation (18 U.S.C. § 2251; 18 U.S.C. § 2252; 18 U.S.C. § 2252A). After aggressive representation and numerous contacts with the Montgomery County Sheriff's office, no charges were filed.
