Client, who is a licensed California attorney, was facing three felony counts of insurance fraud (Penal Code Section 550(b)) in Alameda County, Hayward. Client was granted a deferred entry of judgment on one misdemeanor count which resulted in all charges being dismissed after only 30 days.
