Client, who is a licensed attorney in the State of California, was facing two counts of a violation of Penal Code Section 243.4(e)(1) – (sexual battery) in San Francisco. After an aggressive investigation and tough negotiations, client was granted a deferred entry of judgment on a simple battery charge (Penal Code Section 242) and ultimately all charges were dismissed.
