Our client in Stockton, California was under investigation for possession and distribution of child pornography. After numerous contacts with the Lodi Police Department and a thorough investigation, gathering of impeachment evidence of the reporting party and aggressive negotiations with the San Joaquin District Attorney's office, no criminal charges were filed.
