Our client in Sunnyvale California was referred to the Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation Office for a violation of Penal Code Section 243.4(a) – (Sexual Battery). The client was facing potential lifetime sex registration. Aggressive negotiations with the Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation Office led to the full sealing of all records related to this investigation.
