Santa Barbara County Case- Felony Grand Theft Granted Petition

Client was convicted in Santa Barbara County of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 487(1) – (Grand Theft of Personal Property) and a felony violation of Penal Code Section 470 – (Forgery of a check).  After a thorough investigation, preparation and presentation of our petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation, the court granted our client's petition. The granting of the petition will also result in an automatic application for a governor's pardon.
