Santa Clara County Client Arrested for Child Pornography- No Jail Time Served

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: Our Santa Clara County client was arrested in San Jose
and charged with a felony violation of Penal Code Section 311.11(a) – (Possession of
Child Pornography). After presenting of a strong mitigation case including the use of
experts as well as aggressive negotiations with the Santa Clara County District Attorney's
