charged with a felony violation of Penal Code Section 311.11(a) – (Possession of Child
Pornography). After conducting a computer forensics investigation, presenting a strong
mitigation case including the use of experts as well as aggressive negotiations with the
Sonoma County District Attorney's Office and the court, our client was granted probation
with no actual jail time and is eligible to have the charges reduced to a misdemeanor in
one year.
